What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"I will say I’ve bought multiple pairs of podas and absolutely love them. My only complaint is I have had a couple that I didn’t wear very long and they broke. I bought a hot pink pair that broke twice and then the polkadotted ones. It seems like the plain non-decorative ones last a long time but the prettier ones do not."

Too much space up front and not enough in back

"These don't fit right. The toe prong is too wide length-wise and pushed my toe back towards the heel. So there is a big gap in the toe area up front and my heel hangs off the back. So now my heel doesn't sit properly in the heel cup, it is along the edge and not as comfortable as it should be. There is too much toe space and I have long toes! I have a true size 9 foot and these should fit correctly but due to the toe prong pushing the whole foot back toward the heel, it's just not fitting properly."

"This is my 6th pair of OOFOS and the only one I have not absolutely loved! They seem to fit wider and longer than any other pair I have had. I would have returned them but because the color is so light even after a very gentle first wear they looked worn. I keep trying to wear them hoping it would get better or I would get used to the larger fit, but I am constantly tripping over the tops of the shoes. Since keeping them and after wearing for only a short time, they look terribly old and worn because they have been so scuffed up. Generally OOFOS are such wonderful shoes I wear constantly for walks with my dogs and after yoga. I will not ever buy this style again!"

Comfy shoes!

"I love my OOFOS! The first pair I purchased was a mauve like color. They were available in M11/W13. I am female and 6’2 and have proportional feet- size 13 in women’s! I have purchased 5 of these sandal types and also have many other slides, slippers, clogs… I love them so much and got my son hooked on them too. I think they have made the front of the shoes wider- I still like them but prefer older style. My one complaint is that not all colors are available in women’s 13! It would be nice to get ALL the women’s shoes and their colors in W13!"

Rubber very stiff

"Just not comfortable and rubs against your skin, especially in saltwater or sand at the beach. The material is too stiff. I own an older pair that I love because the material has softened and molds to my feet. I’ve thrown my old pair into the washer multiple times. I might have to do the same for these new pairs, but they really are uncomfortable. It’s not about the width. It’s also about how far up the straps are."
