"I love the oofos brand and I have purchased a few of the slides. I recently purchased the roomy stride, I didnt know they run true to size, I shoukdve gotten a half size bigger. With that being said I loved them, very comfortable, I love the wide toe base and my feet felt very good."
"I have tried to work with Brandon with OOFOS Support but he has stopped responding, I have 2 pair of shoes the soles aren’t last 2 months, I have a desk job and wear these shoes to work, I walk 1. 5 miles Monday -Friday during my lunch branding made a comment they look like I have worn them on a treadmill but I have not, At this point I just want a full refund for both pair and an apology for stopping the lines of communication. Unfortunately, I never received a response, despite getting an acknowledgment email stating that my inquiry had been received and that someone would get back to me. I was notified that they were delivered so I went to pick them up and the post office said they couldn’t locate them anywhere. I went to them 3 times to look and no signs of them. I tried to contact oofo about this and have not heard back. This has been going on 4 weeks now. Not sure what happened but I paid for them. So not going to try that again. "The left shoe sole cushion was defective, I assume that is why they were discounted. I stopped wearing after a week because of soreness in my left leg. I guess Offos was just trying to burn them out of inventory. I will not buy another pairs"
