What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"I love this clog! I am an anesthesiologist and these shoes are soooo comfortable for when I'm on my feet for multiple hours in a day. The cup is sufficient to make sure that the shoes don't slip off my feet, unlike other brands, and they provide really good arch support for the plantar fasciitis peeps. The only draw back is that it makes my feet very sweaty, even with the holes in the side for ventilation. If you're in between sizes, I recommend sizing down."

"i look like a smurf with these lol i like that they have more support and more benefits then the other clogs but the style of them do not outweigh the benefits. i am usually a size 6.5 wide and i got size 8 and they were too big so a size 7 would have been perfect! the slides fit smaller so i thought i would have to size down for these but you don’t have to"

Great shoe, great service

"Run a little big. I wear an 8. 5-9. I ordered a 9 and had to exchange for an 8. The 8 might still be a smidge big. They feel great. The exchange process was SUPER easy with “happy returns”. Dropped them off at the designated store with no label, nor box, just scanned the QR code. The exchange size shipped up as soon as I scanned the code too. There was no long wait for the next pair. It was great. Just ordered a pair for my boyfriend!"

Comfort and Support in one!

"I recently had an ORIF and syndesmosis repair of my left leg and ankle. Finding shoes that provided comfort and support for working 12 hour nursing shifts on my still healing leg was impossible. I ordered these as a last chance and I am extremely glad I did. I wear these all the time! They have cushion support to prevent hard landings on your feet. The structure of the inside of the shoe maintains a fit to your foot that doesn't allow for slipping or "walking out of your shoe" like other clogs. AND the arch support is spot on for a perfect fit."

Looking forward to fall

"I was pretty amazed of the fit and comfort. My first pair were sandals my oldest gave me as a gift. I have worn them most of two summers now and they don't seem to give up. My only complaint is that in enclosed shoes, I have to buy men's because you don't have wide fits. My feet are wide, plus a huge bone spur that I can't have taken off yet. With Oofos, I at least have shoes I can wear now. These shoes were used on a walk the next day after getting them and were so comfy!"

"These have completely ruined all over shoes for me. Being a nurse on my feet all day, these are the best shoes to keep knee and joint pain from happening. "Love these shoes; my feet get a little sweaty and i hate socks so. . . . having to adjust a little. But they give great stress relief for my legs and feet being on them all day for work. Wish they had a different insole portion but since they are constructed a certain way, not really possible. I have the mesh slippers and i was hoping they would have the same green insole but they dont :)"

More support than I thought

"I love these! I have the regular ofoos clogs but I need a little more height, I was nervous at first with the height of the sole but my steps feel secure. My feet are flat but too much cushion in a sole also makes my feet hurt but these are just right. I love them so much. I work in an OR but was nervous to wear them so the white are my home pair. I may get a black pair to dedicate to wearing only in the OR. I gotta test fast walking in them. Highly recommend."
